The hotel staff is knowledgeable and very efficient. It has a decent, incredibly comfortable setting, a short walk to the shopping street, main pubs, cafes. Many of the sights, trams, and the main train station are also easily accessible. The Mitte district deserves your attention.

My room was a nice size and brand-new with very good beds, had smoke detectors for safety measures. The service was very efficient with a simple check-in. The location was comfortable and decent - 500 feet away from Augustusplatz.

For the money we paid, we got excellent value and a comfortable room. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the major sights, and the staff treated us with great friendliness and efficiency.
